Delete Your Vora Account

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

1. Open the Vora app
2. Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Select a reason for leaving
5. Tap Delete My Account to confirm

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@askvora.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your Vora account.

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

Your account-deletion request covers the following data. Account deactivation and completed erasure are separate steps:

• Your authentication credentials and account access
• Your profile information (name, email, date of birth, height, weight, preferences)
• Your workout history and exercise logs
• Your nutrition and food logs
• Your chat history with the AI coach
• Your calendar event mappings
• Your health data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect
• Imported Dexcom or Stelo glucose data and associated identifiers, connection credentials, and import records, where connected
• Your profile photo
• Your friend connections and shared workouts
• Your meditation and recovery session logs
• Connected third-party integrations (Oura, WHOOP, Strava, Google Calendar)

Delete Dexcom or Stelo Data Without Deleting Vora

Email privacy@askvora.com from your Vora account email with the subject "Delete My Glucose Data" and identify the connection. Do not include your glucose readings or Dexcom password. You can request confirmation when deletion is complete.

Disconnect the integration in Vora or revoke its authorization in your provider account to stop future access. Disconnecting alone does not erase readings already imported. Deleting Vora's copy does not delete Dexcom's records. See our Dexcom and Stelo privacy disclosure for details and availability.

What Data May Be Retained

• Anonymized analytics data collected via PostHog (event logs with no personally identifiable information) may be retained for product improvement purposes.
• Subscription transaction records managed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat may be retained per their respective data retention policies.
• Deletion reason and feedback you provided during the deletion process may be retained in anonymized form to improve our service.

Retention Period

Your account data is deactivated immediately upon deletion. Personally identifiable data is purged from our systems within 30 days of your deletion request.
