Vora syncs with Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura Ring, Garmin, and other compatible wearables to pull your Heart Rate Variability data. It analyzes HRV trends over days, weeks, and months to identify patterns, detect overtraining, and alert you when your autonomic nervous system needs recovery time.
Does Vora track sleep stages?
Yes. Vora breaks down your sleep into Deep, REM, Light, and Awake stages using data from your wearable. It tracks total duration, sleep efficiency, consistency, and factors all of this into your Health Score and next-day workout recommendations.
How does strain tracking work?
Vora tracks strain across individual muscle groups using a visual body heatmap. After each workout, it calculates strain based on volume, intensity, and exercise selection. The heatmap shows which areas are fatigued (red), recovering (yellow), or fresh (green) - so you always know what to train.
Will Vora tell me when to take a rest day?
Absolutely. When your HRV drops significantly below your personal baseline, sleep quality declines, or cumulative strain is high, Vora proactively recommends rest days. It also adjusts your workout intensity automatically - scaling back when you need recovery and pushing harder when you're primed to perform.
