Vora analyzes your HRV, sleep quality, recent training history, muscle strain levels, and fitness goals to build a plan for that specific day. Volume, intensity, and exercise selection all adapt to your current readiness.
Does Vora track progressive overload?
Yes. Vora logs every set and rep and automatically suggests progressive overload targets based on your performance trend. When you hit a target weight for the required reps, Vora steps the load up in the next session.
Can I build my own workouts?
Yes. You can build fully custom workouts from the exercise library, set your own sets, reps, and rest times, and save them as reusable templates. You can also edit any AI-generated plan before starting.
How does voice logging work?
