Access guide · Checked September 27, 2026
The short answer
AI with Kyle reported on September 23 that Instinct was invite-only. Access can change quickly, so start at Instinct's official site and follow its current signup flow.
This guide is written by the Vora team. We do not issue Instinct invitations, have access to its queue, or know when a particular account will be admitted.
How to check whether you can join
- Open the official site. Follow the sign-in or get-started link there. This gives you the current route instead of an old invitation copied into a blog.
- Read the screen for your account. If it offers a waitlist or asks for an invitation, follow those instructions. If access is open, you may not need an invite.
- Check the destination of an invitation. Use the official service. Do not give an invite seller your login, verification code, or payment details.
- Review the offer before connecting apps. Access, usage limits, and pricing are separate questions. An invitation does not establish what future use will cost.
Why is Instinct invite-only?
We have not verified a detailed public explanation from Instinct. Limited access can help a new service manage demand or gather feedback, but those are possible reasons, not a confirmed account of this launch.
An invitation is also not evidence that an assistant will be better for your task. Try a small, useful job and check the result before giving it more access.
Should you pay for an invite?
We would not pay an unofficial seller. We have not verified an authorized paid invitation program or a guaranteed queue shortcut. A screenshot of access is not a promise that the same link will work for you.
If you already received a link, check the hostname before signing in. Never send someone a one-time login code to help them “activate” your account.
If you are waiting for a health coach
For the health category, start with our personalized AI health agent guide. If the appeal is a coach you can message, Vora AI Text connects that conversation to your health account.
First decide what you want help with. For a general assistant that handles work and personal tasks, keep evaluating general agents. If you mainly want your wearable data, food, workouts, and recovery in one place, you can try Vora now.
Vora offers direct Oura and Garmin connections, plus Apple Health and Android Health Connect routes. Its proactive AI coaching is built around available health context. Check the device compatibility guide for your setup.
Vora's barcode scanner and workout logging are free. AI chat and text share 10 messages a day on Free and 100 on Pro. The app is available on iPhone and Android. It does not replace every job a general assistant can do.
Keep access and price separate
Getting into a service answers “can I use it?” It does not answer “what will it cost later?” Our Instinct pricing guide covers the current evidence. For the health workflow, read Vora vs Instinct.
