- A rebuilt strength logger that prefills from last time
- Record an outdoor run from the wrist, with GPS, a route map, and heart rate
- Guided stretches with demonstrations, inside the watch's own clock
- Hand a workout off between phone and watch, and manage it all from a new Apple Watch section in Settings
New Sources, All Free
- Every direct integration is now completely free: Fitbit and Oura connect on any plan
- Eight Sleep, Huawei Health, and Xiaomi join your sources
- Source rankings now cite published accuracy studies, per metric
- Sync tiles stay pending until your data has actually landed, and heart rate zones are one canonical model everywhere
Text Vora
- Vora AI Text is open to everyone
- Text a photo, a voice note, or a barcode and it logs like you did it in the app
- Ask about your data and get real charts back as images
- Save Vora to your contacts in one tap
Nine Languages
- English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, and Arabic
- Full right-to-left support throughout
Bloodwork
- Upload a lab report and Vora reads it: every marker extracted and graphed over time
- Results filed by body system, with education for each marker in plain language
- Export a clinical-style report you can preview before sharing
- When an import fails, Vora tells you exactly why
Glucose, Blood Pressure, Water

- Log blood pressure with US and international classifications side by side
- A new Water screen: a vessel that fills as you drink
- Water and supplement tiles on your home log with a tap
Meals, Recipes, TikTok
- Meals and Recipes are one saved library
- Title any log to save it as a Meal, and choose what to include when you log it again
- Import a recipe from a TikTok link, with its nutrition reconciled
- Food search is a full screen that leads with your own food, and logs land on the day you are looking at
- Set an optional target date and Vora derives your daily calories, with the milestone on your calendar
Supplements, Rethought

- Doses and safety per nutrient
- Schedules that land on your calendar, and a redesigned Today's stack board

- Daily AI cardio picks: guided routines generated for you
Stretching, Guided

- Weekly coverage painted on the body, so you can see what you actually stretched

- Rerun any finished workout with Start Again
- Creating a workout opens a preview seeded from your plan, not an empty logger
Widgets, Siri, Control Center

- Log from Control Center, Siri, and Spotlight
Planner, Goals, Alarms

- Real system alarms on iOS 26, with ringtones
- Optional alerts on blood oxygen, resting heart rate, and HRV
Performance & Fixes
- Faster opens, smoother long AI chats, and a supplement sheet that opens five times faster
- Dozens of fixes across cardio finishes, food logging, weight units, and sync
Integration changes
- Every direct integration became free on any plan in the iPhone app, including Fitbit and Oura.
- Eight Sleep, Huawei Health and Xiaomi were added to Vora's sources. They share data through Apple Health or Health Connect, not a direct connection.
For how each source reaches Vora today, see the integrations hub.
