Vora 3.2.8: Workouts Rebuilt, and Health Sync That Keeps Up
Vora 3.2.8 rebuilds the workout logger to work offline, expands the exercise library to 824 exercises, puts the whole workout on the lock screen and rebuilds health syncing.
Highlights
- An all-new workout logger that works fully offline and minimizes into a floating pill
- A rebuilt exercise library with 824 exercises, new demo animations, and tutorial videos
- Your whole workout on the lock screen, with a button to complete a set without unlocking
- One redesigned summary screen for every workout, and your full history finally reachable
- A live muscle map that fills in as you train
- Rebuilt health syncing that lands faster and tells you the truth about when it landed
What’s new
The New Workout Logger
- One full-screen list instead of a swipe pager, so every exercise and every set is in one place
- Everything saves to your device first, so logging works with no signal and syncs in the background
- Minimize a live workout into a floating pill and keep using the rest of the app
- Every exercise opens prefilled with what you did last time
- Supersets, drop sets, warm-up sets, and hold timers for planks and carries
- Swap an exercise mid-workout, prefilled from your own history rather than the exercise you left
Effort, Properly Rated
- RPE gets its own column on every set, with the whole scale on screen and plain-language anchors like "Two reps left"
- Rate a set in place, without a modal, and rate your warm-ups too
- Warm-up sets now count toward Strain and muscle load, at the effort a warm-up actually is
A Rebuilt Exercise Library
- 824 exercises across 215 movements, renamed and reorganized so a squat is a squat
- New demo animations throughout, plus tutorial videos
- Tap any exercise anywhere to open its full page: demo, personal records, a scrubbable progress chart, your full history, and your past notes
- Add Exercise is now a browsable storefront, with search that understands muscles, equipment, and movements
- Workouts your AI coach builds resolve against the same library, so they land on the exercise you meant
Your Workout on the Lock Screen
- The Live Activity now runs for your whole session instead of only rest timers, and leads with the load you are lifting
- Complete a set from the lock screen or the Dynamic Island without unlocking your phone
- Choose the sound your rest timer makes, or vibrate only, from Settings or from inside a live workout
A Live Muscle Map
- Watch muscles fill in as you train, read from the effort of each set and not just the set count
- Tap any muscle for its drill-down, or mark it sore in place
- The body diagram now follows your gender
One Summary for Every Workout
- Every finished workout, logged in Vora or imported from a wearable, now opens the same redesigned summary, instantly
- Strain, a muscles-worked body map, heart rate against the lift you were doing, zones, heart rate recovery, and route maps with a heart rate or elevation graph
- Tap an exercise for every set of it, or a muscle for its deep dive
All of Your History
- Workout history now reaches every session you have ever completed instead of the last 60 days
- It opens on the frame you tap it, however much history you have
- Clearer names for the five ways to start a workout: New Workout, Log Past Workout, New Template, Templates, and Schedule
Muscle Readiness You Can Check
- One recovery model across every day, so swiping between days cannot change the answer
- "How this was calculated" on each muscle shows exactly where its number came from
Health Sync, Rebuilt
- The sync indicator settles the moment your health data is on your phone, instead of waiting out uploads and wearable polling
- It now says what it actually did, and no longer claims you are up to date when your ring is still catching up
- Pull to refresh on Sleep, Heart, Activity, Stress, Vitals, and Mindfulness
- Pulling to refresh no longer loses out to a chart scrub, which is why it felt missing on every screen led by a chart
- A refresh waits for an in-flight sync to land instead of painting you a stale snapshot
- Finished workouts write back to Apple Health, drained after the screen paints so finishing stays instant
- A watch recording of a workout you logged is absorbed into it, taking its heart rate and calories with it, instead of surviving as a duplicate
Women's Health
- Redesigned cycle screen with swipe-to-log, a detailed logger, and frosted glass surfaces
- A "Logged today" section that keeps everything you saved today in view
- Pattern Spotlight compares your average, this cycle, and past cycles
Biology & Data
- New BMI spectrum and population distribution widgets for your home screen
- Vitals rows now carry their own date, so an older wearable reading never reads as last night
- Sleep breakdowns state the real window each sub-score was measured over
Performance & Fixes
- Workout suggestions load instantly and never wait on the AI
- Fixed a blank panel flashing over the app, and various stability improvements
