Fixing sync problems

What do the columns on Vora’s sleep chart mean?

Each column is one night, drawn from bedtime at the top to the time you woke at the bottom and shaded by sleep stage. The darkest parts are deep sleep and the palest are time awake. Tap a night to see its stage graph and overnight heart rate.

What each shade means

  • Darkest: deep sleep
  • Dark: REM sleep
  • Light: light sleep
  • Palest: awake

The dashed lines mark your average bedtime and wake time for the period on screen.

See one night in detail

Tap a night’s column to see that night in detail below the chart: a graph of your sleep stages from bedtime to wake, your overnight heart rate when your device shares it, and the time you spent in each stage. On iPhone, your latest night shows there until you tap another.

If a night shows a single shade

Some devices share only time asleep, not sleep stages, through Apple Health or Health Connect. Those nights show one shade and no stage graph. Check what your device shares before comparing nights across devices.
