Fixing sync problems

Where do workouts from my watch show up in Vora?

In your workout list: open the Fitness tab, the second icon in the bar at the bottom, and tap the list icon at the top right. Workouts from your watch sit next to the ones you log in Vora, newest first, and their time counts toward the Exercise chart in Activity. The other Activity charts show daily totals, such as steps, calories and distance, rather than single workouts.

Where to look

  • Workout list, from the list icon at the top right of the Fitness tab (called All Workouts on Android): every completed workout, whichever app or device recorded it.
  • Activity, Exercise: your exercise minutes each day. If your device reports its own exercise minutes, Vora shows those. Otherwise it counts the time your recorded workouts cover.
  • The other Activity charts: daily totals for the whole day, not single workouts.

If a workout reached Vora twice

When the same workout arrives from two apps, for example from your watch’s app and through Health Connect, Vora lists it once and counts its time once.

If a workout is missing

  1. Check that the workout finished and appears in the app that recorded it.
  2. On Android, check that the app wrote it to Health Connect, and that Vora is allowed to read Exercise.
  3. On iPhone, check that the workout appears in the Health app, and that Vora is allowed to read Workouts.
  4. Open Vora so it syncs.

Vora writes this help article about its own app. Get Vora on the App Store for iPhone or on Google Play for Android. If something here is out of date, email support@askvora.com. Editorial policy.
