Does Vora work with WHOOP?

Yes. Vora has a free direct WHOOP connection on iPhone and Android. It is in beta with limited spots, and it imports HRV, resting heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature, sleep stages and workouts with strain, but not WHOOP’s recovery score or day strain.

Beta and limited spots

WHOOP limits how many members can connect to Vora while it reviews Vora. The WHOOP screen in Vora shows when direct spots are available.

If spots are full, WHOOP can still share records through Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android.

What Vora imports from WHOOP

  • HRV, resting heart rate, blood oxygen and skin temperature, from WHOOP recoveries
  • Sleep stages and respiratory rate, from WHOOP sleeps
  • WHOOP workouts, with strain and heart rate

When you connect, Vora imports your last 30 days of WHOOP data. After that, new records arrive once WHOOP has processed them.

What Vora does not import

  • WHOOP’s recovery score
  • Day strain
  • Height, weight and max heart rate from your WHOOP profile

How to connect WHOOP

  1. Sync your band with the WHOOP app.
  2. In Vora, open Settings, then Connections, then WHOOP, and check whether a beta spot is available.
  3. Sign in to WHOOP and allow the records you want to share.
  4. Return to Vora and check a recent night or workout.

Without the direct connection

WHOOP’s help page says its Android app exports workouts, calories, steps, sleep, resting heart rate, respiratory rate and blood oxygen to Health Connect, and does not share VO2 max. HRV is not on that list.

On iPhone, WHOOP can share records with Apple Health, and Vora reads what it shares there.

Free or Pro

The WHOOP connection is free on every Vora plan, during the beta too. WHOOP’s own device and membership requirements still apply.

Disconnecting

Disconnect in Vora’s WHOOP settings. Records already imported stay in Vora unless you remove them through Vora’s account and data controls.
